Cake Decorating - Beginners

PLEASE NOTE: THIS COURSE WILL BE HELD AT WEIR VIEWS CHILDREN'S & COMMUNITY CENTRE LOCATED AT 23 PEGAGUS DRIVE, WEIR VIEWS.

Learn how to make and assemble a sponge cake, as well as different icing and decorating techniques. Includes practising piping techniques using pre-made cupcakes.

Students MUST wear enclosed shoes, bring an apron and a container, and advise of any dietary requirements on enrolment.
