Cooking with Mince
Discover how affordable and versatile mince can be as you learn to cook a variety of simple and delicious family meals. Use beef mince to make beef pasties and spicy pasta bake, chicken mince to create chicken sausage rolls and steamed dumplings, pork mince to make Asian-style meatballs and chow mein pork cabbage rolls, and lamb mince to create lamb meatball tagine and Greek-style rissoles.
Everything is supplied.
Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and container and advise of any dietary requirements.

Course Information
- If you wish to enrol in a course, please contact the centre on 9747 8576 to register your interest and find out how to complete your enrolment
- Fees are due no later than one week before your class/es start, with EFTPOS and credit card facilities available as well as bank transfers and over-the-phone card payments
- Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or you have notified the centre one week's notice in advance of the course starting that you won't be attending
