French Vanilla Slice

Learn how to make your own puff pastry, as well as how to use store-bought pastry, to make your own custard-filled layered vanilla slices, in the style of the iconic French mille-feuille dessert. You'll take home approximately 6 at the end of the day.

Everything is supplied.

Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron, lunch and container, and advise of any dietary requirements.

Course Information

• If you wish to enrol in a course, please contact the centre on 9747 8576 to register your interest and find out how to complete your enrolment
• Fees are due no later than one week before your class/es start, with EFTPOS and credit card facilities available as well as bank transfers and over-the-phone card payments
• Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or you have notified the centre one week's notice in advance of the course starting that you won't be attending
