Learn how to make vegan adaptations of your favourite treats in this new course. Make meringues using aquafaba, use vegan pastry and fillings to create delicious tarts, and make a delicious moist cake to cap off your learning!

Everything is supplied.

Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and container and advise of any dietary requirements.

Course Information

• Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or you have notified the centre one week's notice in advance of the course starting that you won't be attending
